Saturday we started training again at 7:30 a.m. and then the training concluded around 5 p.m. Saturday afternoon, which meant we didn’t arrive back to Sheldon until 9:00 p.m.
It was three great days of training. Be sure to watch for activities sponsored by the Sheldon Team Spirit Students. They are planning “Red Ribbon Week” for students in Preschool through 12th grade for the last week in October. They are also planning a day of activities for “Don’t Do D.A.T. Plus” in the spring. Remember that “Don’t Do D.A.T. Plus” stand for don’t do drugs, alcohol, and tobacco plus wearing your seatbelt and practicing safe road habits in cars and on bicycles.
The Sheldon Team Spirit also hosted a team building event on the first day of school from everyone in grades K-12. It was fun and the students seemed to enjoy it.
Watch for more great things to come from the Sheldon Team Spirit Students!
